Commission Policies & Terms

Thank you for your interest in a custom commission! Please review the following policies to understand the process:

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Invoice or Zelle.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin your commission.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

Turnaround Time

• Commissions are completed within 2-3 weeks after receiving the deposit and reference photos.

• I will provide updates throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy

• Same-Day Cancellations: You will receive a full refund.

• After Same Day: Deposits are non-refundable.

• If I need to cancel, all payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping After Payment: Artwork ships once the final balance is received.

• Shipping Costs: Added to the final invoice based on size and location.

• Tracking Info: Provided after shipment.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear, high-quality reference photos.

• Approve sketches promptly to avoid delays.
